731 LIVING SUITE:  $625 plus $100 Utilities*: Living room/Dining room/Kitchen/Adjacent Patio/Shared Bath (will eventually have private bath and rent will increase $25/mo).  Parks on west side of driveway, leaving space for another car.

731 MASTER SUITE:  $615 plus $100 Utilities*: Master Bedroom/2^nd Room/Private Bath/Outside space to west of house:  parks on west side of driveway, leaving space for another car.

731 STUDIO SUITE:  $610 plus $100 Utilities*: Garage apt/Adjacent Patio/Shared Bath parks in front of the garage.  (We will eventually install a private kitchenette and private bath.  When complete, rent will increase by $40)

731 WEST:  $550 plus $100 Utilities*: Downstairs bedroom to the west.  Refrigerator/Microwave.  Currently shares bath, will eventually have private bath.  Parks at 711 Forest Rd down hill from storage shed.  Access to the furnace and water heater is through this room and tenant agrees to allow entrance to access those units, and to light pilot light when requested, with or without prior notice. 

731 EAST:  $650 plus $100 Utilities*: Downstairs bedroom to the east/Patio in front of and on side of room/includes use of hot tub (may be private or shared depending on agreement)  Refrigerator/Microwave.  Currently shares bath, will eventually have private bath.  Parks at 711 Forest Rd between storage shed and concrete.  The circuit breaker and access to the furnace and water heater is in or through this room and entrance may be required, possibly with no notice.
